Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

Our refund policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and you can ask for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tessa Joy Garrelts, Rua Luís Monteiro, 1900-310 Lisboa, Portugal, E-mail address: hallo@joyful-transformation.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory.It is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you the payments we have received from you, without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for the repayment, in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the provision of services if we have provided the service in full.
